Yeah, my car got rear ended and damaged the whole bumper this place paint job was phenomenal. All the work was exquisite. Extremely professional people. They got right to the point. I didn’t have a single worry, everything was explained fully, all questions were answered, the process took maybe 30 minutes to an hour and keys were in my hands and was on my way. The list goes on for things they did they will go above and beyond. They will have my business again and I will recommend this to others.
Stopped in and got a appointment, scheduled next day for my battery and only paid installation due to warranty on the battery. Super happy with the results from Shepherds.

I can’t say enough good things about Shepherd's Chevrolet GMC in Kendallville! Recently, I accidentally broke the passenger side mirror on my Traverse while backing out of the garage. To make matters worse, this caused my tail lights to stop working as well. I called Shepherds the next day, and they went above and beyond to help me. They came directly to my workplace to pick up my vehicle, quickly fixed the tail lights, and temporarily secured my broken mirror so it wasn’t dangling and damaging the car as I drove. Best service and honesty I've seen at a DEALERSHIP! I just had my car serviced for an airbag light and it was just some corrosion they cleaned it up and it's fixed. They could've sold me a new airbag sensor and I would've never known any different!! Make the right choice and drive to Shepards. I drive from Fort Wayne instead of using the well known stealerships here for a reason!!!!
My husband, Donovan, and I reached out and set an appointment with a preapproval letter sent, for 2 days later.
