Drop off and everything goes very quick and easy. I just never know where my vehicle is when it's all done. I have started asking when I pay. Sometimes they know and sometimes they don't.

I inquired about a vehicle and Jeff returned my email promptly. I scheduled a test drive and the vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. Chase was a fantastic salesman and worked with me and my husband to make it work for us. The process was easy and all of our questions were answered. I brought in a company truck that was having issues with the regen system; the driver thought that the DEF pump had gone out on it. The dealership managed to get us in the next day, had the real problem diagnosed the day after that, and had the whole thing fixed within a few days. Overall, great experience!! The staff was friendly and helpful, customer service was above and beyond, and the repairs were completed in a very timely manner!!
