Shepherd's Chevrolet was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have used other local dealers, and even some nation wide chains, but Shepherd's customer service, selection, and buying process were leagues beyond their competitors. The owner even stopped to talk with us and ensure the process was meeting all our expectations. Our salesman was kind, knowledgeable, and concerned only with finding us the perfect car. This team went above and beyond for us. 10/10 - don't shop anywhere else!
Took my car to another service provider and they didn’t correctly diagnose it…..but Shepherd’s was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem on the first try! That should be enough for five stars, but add in the fact that their service time was kind and helped make it easy to get my car to them and back and it truly set them apart!!

Could not have had a better experience. The customer service was above and beyond anything my husband and I would have expected. Called to ask Chase about a problem we were having and within 30 minutes our car was picked up. They left a loaner car in case it was needed. By mid afternoon our car was returned with a follow up call to explain what the issue was. The thing that is so missed in today’s world is customer service….we felt like we had above and beyond service. We very much appreciate your excellent service. Thank you Chase!

Buying experience was comfortable. No pressure or feeling of being overwhelmed. Gavin handled the sale and Russ completed the deal with financing. Purchased a used Tahoe and would only hope anyone else's experience is just as good.

Chase was great! We looked at a vehicle that was really nice, low miles and well taken care . We liked the car, but wasn't the right color.
Chase texted me later that day and said that there was what we were looking for at their wabash store and he could get it to Kendallville if we wanted to check it out.
Long story ,short, it was what we wanted.
Loved the way they had all of the paperwork ready to help move things along. I think we were there a total of a half hour.
