On Friday May 1st we were in Shipshewana, IN taking care of some personal business when our 2023 3.0 liter diesel truck broke down. We are not residents of IN. The computers were throwing several warning codes, the truck shut itself down and we were stranded. We had the truck towed that day to Sheppards. The staff at Sheppards could not have been more compassionate and helpful. Our mechanical problems as it turned out were very unique. It has taken two and a half weeks for them to be able to properly diagnose and fix the problem. The awesome thing was that they never gave up on the problem until they had it FIXED! It was certainly inconvenient for us to be without our vehicle however we were super appreciative for their care and concern for our situation. Cory kept in touch with us and updated us at regular intervals all along the way. It was very refreshing to actually get legitimate customer service from a company for a change. We would recommend Sheppards service to anyone anytime! Thanks Guys! Great Job!!
