Everyone, I mean everyone that works here are very cordial, outgoing and extremely competent in their job duties. From the Receptionist to the President and everyone in between, they have all been A+ Employees and more importantly, A+ human beings. Their Service Department and a gentleman named Cory are the best around. I highly recommend Shepard’s in Kendallville to everyone. Pictures are of my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X that I purchase brand new (4 miles on it) in late 2023. Shepard’s Kendallville was the only dealership within several hundred miles that had this truck and had it in Black. This truck has been so fun, tough, reliable - exceeded all expectations ! Extremely professional people. They got right to the point. I didn’t have a single worry, everything was explained fully, all questions were answered, the process took maybe 30 minutes to an hour and keys were in my hands and was on my way. The list goes on for things they did they will go above and beyond. They will have my business again and I will recommend this to others.

Stopped in and got a appointment, scheduled next day for my battery and only paid installation due to warranty on the battery. Super happy with the results from Shepherds.
