I brought in a company truck that was having issues with the regen system; the driver thought that the DEF pump had gone out on it. The dealership managed to get us in the next day, had the real problem diagnosed the day after that, and had the whole thing fixed within a few days. Overall, great experience!! The staff was friendly and helpful, customer service was above and beyond, and the repairs were completed in a very timely manner!!
